Code Violation Resolution / After the Fact Permitting

Code Violations - As licensed General Contractors we have the ability to research the actual violation & meet with the inspector from the city to find out the requirements needed to clear the violation, and pull all necessary permits.  This action can help stop any further daily penalties or fines and show the city you intend to correct the violation.  We are also available to testify as an expert in building practices to help clear the violation, as quickly and cost effectively as possible.  However we do not offer legal advice, just our expertise as general contractors.

After the Fact Permitting -  As general contractors and understanding the complete building codes, we can quickly assess your situation and inform you of weather the item in question meets or can be brought up  to current code, and what it will take to do so.  Example:  Does and addition meet set back laws.
